I've used the dentist several times now and they consistently offer fantastic service.A warm and friendly check in service on the reception and my appointment started exactly in time. This was the first time I met Gina who was the hygienist on the dayGina really made the appointment more than just a dental appointment. She was incredibly thorough with checking my teeth, her consultative approach made me completely relaxed and aware of the whole process, she then gave guidance on how I can improve my brushing and dental care.I thoroughly recommend this dentist, my whole family uses them and if you are the type that gets a bit nervous about going to the dentist I would say that you are in safe, professional hands at Cape Rd Dental Practice.

The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and Dominic and his dental nurse are always reassuring and put me at ease. Dominic is kind, efficient and thorough. I have been with Cape Road Dental Practice since a child and specifically with Marcus for the last 18 years.I am an extremely nervous patient whom has required lots of dental work over the years in many forms, from root canals, to crowns and extractions.I have only praise and respect for Cape Road Dental Practice.I am always greeted with a warm and welcoming demeanour from the reception ladies, who are polite, accommodating and professional.Marcus always puts me at ease offering a warm and genuine welcome on arrival. He listens, understands, and is totally committed to his patients. I feel reassured that I will receive the best care and outcome whatever scenario presents.I have always been seen in any distressing circumstances at short notice, even throughout the pandemic. Having been a patient at Cape Road Dental practice for over 50 years, I have found both reception staff, dentists and hygienists to always be very welcoming, pleasant and very patient with me. Always in a good mood, happy to answer any questions that I’ve had. Dominic who has been my dentist for several years now is always very professional but also very calm and always very friendly. Danni who has again been hygienist for several years is absolutely amazing. Again, calm friendly and very much a people person, thorough and professional. She is a fantastic hygienist my teeth always feel great when I’ve had a visit with her.
I recently completed a fairly extensive course of treatment with Marcus and his team. This involved replacing an old implant and adding two more. I was involved in all decision making and every step was fully explained. Marcus is clearly a very skilled professional. He and the other staff at Cape Road were friendly and approachable. I'm thrilled to have a mouth full of robust teeth and I thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone considering dental work.

To say that I’m chuffed is an understatement! Had to have a wisdom tooth removed due to it being broken. Anna did an absolutely amazing job, made me feel very comfortable, explained the whole situation and had my tooth out in no time. I would recommend Anna to any one! Friendly staff all throughout!
